EURASIA MACHINERY supplies undercarriage of the well-known Chinese brand for mining excavators and bulldozers of Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr, Volvo, Hitachi and other brands.
The annual capacity of the plant is more than 100 000 units of equipment. The area of the plant is 230 000 m2. The plant independently performs modeling and forging of parts. At each stage of production the most modern technical equipment is used: vacuum heat treatment furnaces, high-speed milling machines, CNC machines, etc. The plant develops and manufactures caterpillar tracks.
The plant develops and manufactures caterpillar chains and caterpillar assemblies with a pitch of 90-350 mm.
Induction diathermic furnace, temperature sorting system and temper hardening ensure excellent mechanical properties of the product. A continuous scanning induction hardening process is used during the production of undercarriage components, and an intelligent monitoring system is installed to track process parameters in real time.

The heat treatment line for caterpillar belt links utilizes 3D-visual robotic automatic handling. The process is monitored by an intelligent real-time monitoring system, which allows for prompt rejection of low-quality parts.
Key process parameters including temperature gradients, time, temperature and chemical composition are continuously monitored by computerized systems to ensure the highest quality heat treatment of all products. Fully automated assembly processes involving robotic arms, gantry robots, self-learning hydraulic manipulators and palletizing stacker cranes ensure perfect production and high product quality.
