We manufacture cutting tools on the territory of Russia and provide production and supply of bucket tooling elements that are as good as the most advanced fastening systems of all known manufacturers.

The design and technological department is continuously working to improve the products, the quality of which is confirmed by tests at leading mining enterprises in Russia.

This allows us to talk about the current import substitution programme at mining companies.

Production of cutting tools

Advanced foundry technologies, quality raw materials and many years of practical experience have allowed us to consolidate our production facilities at an international level. We produce crowns, adapters and protection elements for mining excavators.

Our bucket tooling system designs are as efficient as their foreign counterparts. We have developed the geometry of adapters and teeth based on the best solutions in this field.

The products are manufactured from a high-alloy alloy in which 11 elements are controlled.

After casting, all products undergo a multi-stage heat treatment process.

Parts weighing up to 1300kg with full depth heat treatment. Together, this results in wear resistance values comparable to original parts.

Production of buckets

Within the framework of a joint venture in St. Petersburg, our company produces and sells buckets and elements of mining equipment.

The main task of the plant is development of domestic production, specialisation in manufacturing of industrial products.

The production uses:

high quality steel from domestic and foreign suppliers;
certified non-destructive testing laboratory;
3D scanning.

booms, arms, handles, half frames, swingarms, linkages.
Spare parts for self-propelled machinery: bushings, pins, axles, covers, etc.
Spare parts for crushing and screening complexes.
Spare parts for concentrators: screws, cones, leaks, liners, tension and drive drums, spare parts for crushers and feeders.
Manufacturing and repair of bodies for dump trucks.
Complex metal structures, including machined structures made of structural and stainless steels, aluminium, titanium.
