Installation and repair of mining machinery and equipment

Our specialists are ready to carry out the whole range of works on diagnostics/defect diagnosis, dismantling of used equipment, assembly and installation of new equipment.

Assembly and repair of dump truck bodies, extension of sides, geometric expansion of the platform. Mounting/dismantling of cargo platforms. As well as repair works of any complexity.

Bucket Service

Assembly, installation, repair of mining equipment buckets, straight and backhoes on machines up to 500tn.
Lashing of lugs, complete replacement of the cutting edge. Re-armament with new protection systems.
Lined with wear plates.

Lining with "polykeramoplast"

This type of lining for bodies and buckets gives:

Low adhesion to loose materials, ice
Wear resistance
Low coefficient of friction
Resistance to impact loads
Resistance in most aggressive environments
Zero water absorption

This increases machine productivity and reduces machine downtime for cleaning bucket or body from buildup. Reduces stress on machinery systems due to the lighter weight compared to conventional liners.

Non-destructive testing laboratory

In 2019, our group of companies established and obtained a licence for its own laboratory, which specialises in a wide range of non-destructive testing of equipment and materials.

The laboratory is equipped with the most modern equipment and uses in its work flaw detection materials of the world's leading manufacturers.

The laboratory certification entitles the laboratory to carry out control during operation, installation, repair, reconstruction and technical diagnostics of the following objects:

Lifting facilities
Lifting cranes and hoists (derricks)
Mining and coal industry facilities
buildings and structures of surface complexes of mines, enrichment plants, pelletising plants and sinter plants; mining and transport, coal and mining and processing equipment.
Equipment of explosion-, fire- and chemical-hazardous production facilities
chemical production equipment under pressure up to 16 MPa and over 16 MPa; tanks, cisterns, containers, cylinders for storage of hazardous substances; compressor and pumping equipment; process pipelines, steam and hot water pipelines.
Buildings and structures (construction projects)
Metal structures (including steel bridge structures).
